To help four cubits to understand the needs of its customers and improve service, data collected on the four cubits website at  will be held on four cubits secure database. All customer data stored on four cubits servers complies with statutory requirements. We will never make this data available to any other company or third party. 

Security 

We have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy. There is administrator security access for all of the company’s PCs with limited access rights to specific employees in regard to their roles and responsibilities. Up to date Eset Security Antivirus, Spyware and Firewalls protection are used for the company’s servers and PC’s. 

We use level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment providers that use the highest level of online security when funding your account. We also adopt the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) network security protocol that keeps your personal online communication and data with us private and secure. The trading platform and members’ area are accessible with a unique password generated by the client at the time of registration. The client can change and update their password at any time.

four cubits endeavours to protect the information you provide and ensure that your privacy is protected and there are strict security procedures that have been put in place. Our servers can only ever be accessed by authorised personnel.

While we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your information, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data transferred from you, or to you via the internet.

four cubits is harmonized with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Following this regulation, the company needs to have clients’ consent in order to keep, store and process their personal information.

four cubits does not sell or trade the personal information of its clients. The provision of all personal information is necessary in order to use Company’s Services (such as registering an account).

Scope of the Policy and Third Party Sites  

This policy applies only to us and this website. We do not exercise control over other websites, or over banners or links from within our website. These other websites, banners or links may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you subject to such third party’s privacy policy. We encourage you to read the privacy policies and other terms of such third parties before accessing or using them.

Whereas:     The Lessee is interested in entering into a lease agreement with the owner for 24 years and 11 months (hereinafter: the Lease Period) regarding a part in Parcel 29697 that is located in Section 35 with a total area of 0.92 square meters (that is equivalent to four cubits according to the Rambam’s calculations) (hereinafter respectively: the Real Estate and the Leased Property) and has the right to be registered as a Real Estate Lessee.

And Whereas:    The parties have agreed to designate the Leased Property in the above-mentioned parcel of Real Estate to the Lessee.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

Whereas:    The parties are interested in settling the terms of the contract by signing a Special Conditions Deed (hereinafter: the Agreement).

Therefore, the parties have agreed and stipulated as follows:

  1. The preamble of this Agreement is an integral part of it.
  2. It is hereby agreed that the Lessee will enter into a lease agreement with the owner for 24 years and 11 months for the purpose of leasing “land in Israel” in the Leased Property as stated above.
  3. The Lessee shall be entitled to transfer the Leased Property to a third party, provided that the rights of the parties are preserved as specified in this agreement, and with the authorization of the Lessor. It shall be clarified that any payment in respect of the said transfer shall apply solely to the Lessee.
  4. The parties agree that following the signing of this Agreement, a caveat shall be registered in the parcel of the Lessee in respect of the avoidance of registering a business transaction regarding the Leased Property in the Land Registry Office.
  5. It is agreed that at the end of 24 years and 11 months from the date the lease begins for the Lessee (hereinafter: the Leasing Period), the above-mentioned leasing right will be canceled in accordance with this Agreement, and the Lessee will have no complaint and/or claim and/or demand of any kind in respect of the lease against the Lessor and/or any third party.
    In this regard, the caveat will be removed at the end of the Leasing Period without any prior notice to the Lessee.
  6. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3, the Lessor shall not refuse to authorize the Lessee to transfer the Leased Property without just cause.
  7. It shall be clarified that the Lessee shall be entitled to visit the Leased Property on any day and at any time he so wishes.
  8. The Lessee cannot do any action on the Leased Property, including fencing and/or building and/or temporary construction throughout the Leasing Period (hereinafter: the Breach).
  9. It shall be clarified that insofar as the Lessee commits a Breach regarding the Leased Property contrary to the provisions of this Agreement, the Lessor will be entitled to act to cancel the Breach without obtaining the consent of the Lessee. It shall be clarified that the Lessee shall bear all expenses in respect of the cancellation of the Breach within 7 days of receiving a demand for payment from the Lessor.
  10. The Lessee knows that the Leased Property was leased for the purpose of leasing “four cubits” in the land of Israel.
  11. The Lease shall be leased solely to a human being.
